HYROX originated in Germany in 2017 and has grown into one of the world’s fastest-growing fitness races. As the first official HYROX Training Club in Tulum, we’re excited to bring this performance-driven training style to the community.
Alongside HYROX, BTY CLUB delivers glute focused training designed to shape, strengthen, and activate the lower body. Two class formats, one space, united by purposeful training and expert coaching.

WHAT IS HYROX?
HYROX is a global fitness race that combines running with functional strength movements in a set format: 1 km run + 1 workout station, repeated eight times.
It’s structured, challenging and designed for all fitness levels. Whether you want to compete in a HYROX event or just train like an athlete.
